I feel this links to the wider 'community engagement' headings. Perhaps they can be brought together under coastal community engagement needs/ and need to resource this and collaborate. It was also a proposal PCF put in to Green Recovery Delivery to work on Wales wide support for this, in order to deliver on the green recovery, including coastal literacy, involvement into project development etc.
Just to eco support for this really: We often see politician talk & media of planting trees, yet, I think, ~50% of carbon sequestration is in UK shelf seas....
